Tiff Taylor is an art enthusiast and behind-the-scenes extraordinaire. She cant draw a stick figure, but behind every great artist is a great partner right? With her long history in management, including Hope Gallery Tattoo where her and Christian both work, she keeps things running smooth here at Cicada Black.
